1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If your order has not shipped, you can call or e-mail us to request order cancellation. If your order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. 

2. Can I modify my order? 

Yes. If your order has not shipped, you can call or e-mail us to request order modification. This includes adding or removing items. If your order has shipped, we will not be able to modify your order. 

3. Can I return an item? 

Yes, but conditions apply. You may return any product within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, but it must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it 

4. How do I return an item?

5. Where do you ship to? 

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. We currently do not ship internationally, because we will be in the near-future so stay-tuned!

6. I am looking for a specific industrial good, but One Stop does not sell it (or ship to my location) and I can't find any other retailer that does. Can you help me? 

One Stop Industrial Sales will always try their best to help their customers satisfy their industrial needs. If you are interested in a specific industrial good but are unable to find it, we will make every reasonable effort to locate it through a retailer that is online or close to your home or business. If we are unable to locate the product, we will contact our sources to place a special order, but this not guaranteed. For more information, contact us via e-mail or telephone. 

 7. Where is your store located? Can I purchase products in-person? 

One Stop Industrial Sales does not have a store. We are an online retailer and a direct seller. This means that we sell our products through our website and directly to buyers, particularly businesses, in the GTA. If you are a business located in the GTA and interested in our products, One Stop Industrial Sales can visit your location to facilitate an interactive purchasing experience, including product demonstration. 8. Do you offer any discounts or sales? 

Yes, we do. Check our website regularly for our latest sales. “Like” us on Facebook, “Follow” us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter through our home page to learn about special promotions for our customers and fans. 

9. Do you offer local delivery? 

 Yes, we do. If your delivery location is within 50 KM of our facilities and are ordering a minimum of $50 in goods before taxes, you may qualify for our FREE Local Delivery option. 

1) Add desired products to cart. 

2) During the check-out process, you will see an option for FREE Local Delivery if a) your delivery location is within 30 KM of our facilities and b) you are ordering a minimum of $50 before taxes. 

3) If you meet the minimum requirements, select Local Delivery and proceed with the steps on-screen. 

Our facilities are located in Brampton, Ontario, so we can deliver to numerous areas throughout the GTA. As this is a new feature and we are still in the process of fine-tuning, please contact us for further information and assistance.
